* Tuesday Alan spoke a powerful message on
Humble Resilience at the Kentucky Governor's Prayer Breakfast. “We all face challenges and difficulties and it’s how we
react to this that shapes our destiny. Humble resilience is a quality that lets
us rise above our challenges, difficulties and disappointments. As we face them
with God we grow stronger in faith and the resolve to live as people of faith
who follow Christ.”

Kentucky Governor’s Prayer Breakfast
Wonderful Divine Appt at Reagan National Airport
Wonderful Divine Appt at
Reagan National Airport – On our flight home, I noticed the young woman in front of us very
disturbed and troubled. I prayed for her during our flight and as we were leaving
the plane told her I had been praying for her. She was touched and seemed really
needy. I held her hand and walked out with her, sharing God’s love with her,
telling her about how Jesus can transform her life and overcome any suffering
she’s been through for His redemptive purposes. She asked for prayer to get
back on right track. She has an 18 mos old she wants to take care of again as
she gets her life together. I hugged her and told her how much God loves her
and thinks she is precious. We exchanged contact info so I could mail her
Alan’s book, Take Charge of Your Destiny. God’s love really touched her. ~ Then I went into the Ladies room and
no one was there except the cleaning lady. I felt led to talk with her. We both
talked of God blessing us each day and I felt led to give her a love gift as a
tip for the work she does. She was so surprised and said she was just praying
to God and wondering how she was going to pay for bus fare to this new job. She
started crying and hugged me and then I gave her another bill to bless her. She
cried even more. I told her I loved her, she was my sister and God had heard her
prayer. How great to be an Ambassador of love for my Jesus. Thank you Lord.
